Rod Gate

Rod gates are designed to facilitate the discharge or isolation of lumpy or abrasive materials, making them ideal for synchronized system operations. These gates are highly recommended for materials with a particle size above 3mm.



Slide Gate

Intermediate discharge points with slide gates can be added to a conveyor so several different process lines can be fed with bulk materials by opening and closing PRO QUIP Slide Gates as required.The slide plate is supported by frictionless rollers to allow for easy actuation. The slide gate assembly utilizes bolted covers on both the top and bottom to create a dust-tight enclosure while allowing easy access for maintenance. PRO QUIP Slide Gates built to accommodate particle sizes of 3mm or smaller.

Slide Gate Types:

Diverter Gate

  • Two-way Valve: For simple on/off control in two directions.

  • Rotary Airlock Valve (RALV): Ensures airtight sealing while allowing material flow, suitable for maintaining pressure differentials in pneumatic conveying systems.

  • Pressure Drop: Up to 50 mm WC (Water Column).

Rack & Pinion Gate

Sector Gate

Flap Gate (Discharge Gate)

Open truck, tanker, ship and stockpile loading telescopic chutes are used for rapid and efficient dust free loading of dry bulk materials. Free flowing bulk solids in powder and granule form are easily transferred from silos, hoppers, containers, screw feeder to tankers, open trucks, ships or stockpiles



Rotary Chute - Multi-way Automatic Feeding Chute

PSPL has designed, manufactured, and installed max 6-way automatic feeding chute. This eliminates the requirement of multiple conveying equipment`s and feeding chute. It has a rotary mechanism driven by low rpm motor, based on location feedback the linear actuator is activated and connection is established between the stationary part and rotating part, following the tight sealing.

The conveying equipment viz: Bucket elevator, Conveyor etc.at the back end transfers the Bulk material via the subject aligned chute into next following Silo or Equipment.
