To lift the material having partical Size less than 15 mm, Free flowing, ambient temp OR slightly above, material should not be exsesivly corrosive OR abrasive in such cases Bucket Elevator has been used. Bucket Elevator are the most used systems for vertical transport of bulk, dry, wet & even liquid materials. Designed with various options of height, speed and constructive details depending on the type of material to be transported. Sre constructed by pieces or units to allow to define efficiently the needed height.
Sometimes it is required to convey the material gently, Horizontally, Vertically, where the vertically distance is more than 3 times the horizontal distance. In this case, we PSPL gives solution of Pocket Elevator/Inclined Pocket Elevator/Z-Conveyor/S-Type Conveyor. This type of Conveyor, material is charged on horizontal link which is generally more than 1 meter & then it is lifted either in inclined way OR straight 90 deg vertically with the help of pockets. After lifting at height, material travels horizontally at distance more than 1 meter, this helps to convey the fragile material OR material which is not freely flowing.
